Ocean Introduces New Iconic Spectacular At Rådhuspladsen

As the name suggests, the new City Spectacular at Rådhuspladsen is part of Ocean’s iconic banner locations. ICONS Banners are handpicked locations with high traffic numbers and unmissable locations in the largest cities in Denmark.
The impressive 1.183 m2 size of the canvas, makes the location an ideal environment for premium brands to be at the forefront of audiences and create impact. With 1.35 million people passing by each week, the site is one of the most concentrated areas in the country. A key arterial route linking the north and south of the city center meaning at peak commuter hours traffic is slow moving creating high dwell time.
Rådhuspladsen is one of the capital’s key central squares – a well-visited destination by locals and tourists alike. The square is a busy junction between Vesterbrogade and Åboulevarden and marking the start of one of Europe’s longest pedestrian streets, Strøget. Linking key transport connections, including the Radhuspladsen Metro station and Copenhagen’s Central train station being a short walk away. Overlooking the large city square, the banner faces important attractions including the amusement park Tivoli and Copenhagen City Hall.
